BACKGROUND:
Jinx may be knee-high to a Goomba but he packs a very mean punch. This little guy's exact origin is unknown. He doesn't look like any other creature in the Mushroom World, with his tiny white body and a shock of green hair. Rumours around Monstro Town say that Monstermama and her husband found him abandoned as a baby and raised him. It's certainly true that Jinx has lived in Monstro Town longer than most of the other monsters.
Since his childhood, Jinx has been training in the martial arts. He is an extremely talented and powerful fighter. Although Jinx is very competitive and incredibly strong he is careful not to seriously injure his sparring partners.
He spends quite a bit of time travelling and searching for worthy opponents, but Jinx always returns to Monstro Town and his beloved Dojo. Jinx wears a red cape everywhere he goes.
