BACKGROUND:
When Spooky the family dog died they decided to put his carcass in his doghouse. Many years later when Luigi was searching for Mario, Spooky's spirit had awaken! Luigi had gone to the backyard of the mansion to find the angry dog Spooky, who started chasing Luigi in circles.
Well, all that racket woke a Mr. Bones from his eternal sleep to try to attack Luigi, but he sucked him up all except for one bone. This seemed to make Spooky happy so he started gnawing on it. While the dumb dog was distracted, Luigi sucked him up and Spooky was never heard from again.
