BACKGROUND: (Note: this is only a theory) These were regular Cataquacks and then they went to King Bowser. They asked him to make them more powerful. Well Bowser just made them bigger Cataquacks, not much stronger really. Interestingly, in being made giant, these monsters grew little sprouts from their heads. Perhaps Cataquacks and Plungelos are also related to the Dune Bud.

Attack Pattern:
They walk around on the tilting sun mirrors and charge towards Mario when he is nearby.
Basic Strategies:
Jump to one mirror and squirt one Plungelo to the edge and run two the edge opposite of him. While he's balancing on one leg do a ground pound and it will bounce him
away. Watch out for the other Pungeloes too.
Advanced Strategies:
It's best to lure the Plungeloes towards one edge, then run past them to the other edge and spray them from there. That way you don't have to run too far to
get to the opposite side once one of them is balancing on one leg.
