Fawful has a very distinct way of speaking. He often scrambles the words in his sentences and repeats himself regularly. Maybe he does it to confuse his enemies, or maybe he thinks it makes him sound important. Whatever the case, you should stay as far away from this little oddball as possible, he's sneaky and very dangerous.
After he and Cackletta were defeated by the Mario Bros., Fawful went into hiding in the sewers underneath the Mushroom Kingdom Castle. Here he ran a shop where he sold equipment for beans.

Attack Pattern: When he's equipped with Headgear, he will fire one or two fireballs at a time. He'll lose his headgear if you hit him with a properly timed action command after he's taken 18 hits. When he's on the ground he will charge at the Mario Bros.
Basic Strategies:If you're getting good at using action command (press A as you land on an enemy's head) you shouldn't have too much trouble with this battle, you shouldn't even need a Mushroom. Bowser's hints are helpful.
Advanced Strategies:Like Bowser says, the colour of the words Fawful says will give away who he's going to attack. If he says "Fink-Rat" he's going to attack the character who is the same colour as the text, and if he says "Have you readiness for this?" he's going to fire at both characters, starting with the one who is the same colour as the text. Jump when his shots are about halfway between him and the Mario Bros. to dodge.
When he rams you on the ground, he will approach one of the Bros, shuffle his feet for a second, and then roll into him. Jump just as he starts shuffling his feet to get a counterattack.
