BACKGROUND:
These relatives of Cheep-Cheeps are purple and yellow; they tend to inhabit salt water areas. These creatures are particularly numerous around the home of the under water pirate, Jonathan Jones, and some say they follow his orders and defend his ship.
Mr. Kippers are small and generally harmless, although they can move very quickly which makes them a bit of a threat. Generally one can avoid them by staying away from Bloobers: the two seem to like to swim in groups.
