BACKGROUND:
Sir Weston loved exploring high mountains. One day, there was such a giant blizzard on Mt. Fuji, he died. The Boos admired his bravery, so they let him stay in the coldest room in the Mansion's basement.
It may be that he is related to shivers, as both of them fear fire. The Boos lit a stand to make him able to see. They also put him in an Ice Barrier to protect him...or maybe just as a trick!
He is known to melt in fire.
