BACKGROUND:
Chandeli-Hoes are simply Shy Guys suspended by ropes. They were hired by Boomer to hold up the chandeliers in Bowser's Keep so he could have a dramatic battle with Mario on them. In all the time they spent waiting together for Mario, Boomer and the Chandeli-Hoes became close friends.
A Chandeli-Ho may also be referred to as a Chandeli-Skull-Like-Ho - even though they bear no resemblance to skulls.
