BACKGROUND:
Forkies are relatives of Jawfuls that are found around Bowser's Keep. Like Jawfuls,
they have a smaller body inside their gigantic mouths, though whether it has its own
brain is unknown. Oddly, Forkies are always referred to in the plural, which makes
sense since they have two bodies, but a single Jawful is not referred to in the plural.
Although Forkies are found in Bowser's territory, he has never bothered to add any
to his troops because they're easily distracted, becoming totally enraptured until
they are threatened. It's thought that Exor hypnotized all monsters in a nearby
radius when it smashed into Bowser's Keep and that included the Forkies.
Forkies can be quite dangerous once they're threatened, but if you leave them alone
they'll ignore you completely.

Attack Pattern: On the map Forkies may stab at Mario
but they're always enraptured when a battle starts. Once awakened, they will use
regular attacks and Storm, which hits one character for high damage.
Basic Strategies: It takes 3-4 timed hits
to beat these guys. Geno's attacks work well too.
Advanced Strategies: Let enraptured Forkies lie,
as the old saying goes (or something like that...) If you don't attack Forkies, then
they won't get any hits on you, so wait until you beat the other enemies before you attack them. When Forkies attack, they stab with the fork, just press A as it touches the character to block.
