STRENGTHS: Strong against Electric attacks, when you damage him Ruff Puffs come out.

WEAKNESSES: None.

BACKGROUND: This guy was just a regular Ruff Puff. He trained and learned how to do powerful attacks. One day Huff N. Puff went to Bowser and with the power of the Star Rod, Bowser transformed him into a giant cloudlike thingy. He told Huff N. Puff to take over Flower Fields and to cover up the sun so the flowers would wilt.

Ruff Puff: "Master Huff'n'Puff, May I have your permission to demolish Mario?"
Huff N. Puff: "Yes you may"

Attack Pattern: He will use his Ruff Puff to take the life out of you. He also electrocutes you so watch out. He turns red and is covered in static electricity the turn before he uses this attack.
Basic Strategies Just keep on jumping on him. Make sure you have Bow to protect you.
Advanced Strategies: Make sure you have the Quick Change badge on. Use Lakilester and Spiney Storm to wipe out all the Ruff Puffs. When Huff N. Puff turnes a bright red switch to Bow and use Outta Sight.
