BACKGROUND:
This unassuming old Toad lived in the mountains near Land's End with her husband for many years. Eventually the two of them founded Monstro Town and all the monsters came to know her as Monstermama. Her husband has since died but Monstermama still lives on to take care of the friendly monsters that come to live as a family in
her village.
One rumour around Monstro Town says that Monstermama started taking in monsters when her husband found the young Jinx orphaned and helpless in the mountains surrounding Monstro Town. It's said that she nursed him back to health and began
to rescue other monsters that needed homes or help.
Monstermama dresses in a simple red smock and the dots on her head have faded from a bright red to a dull maroon with age. She is very friendly and will help visitors to Monstro Town any way she can but she's said to be fiercely protective of her "children". She's also a little hard of hearing.
