BACKGROUND: The Black Jewel that destroyed Wario's Castle trusted the key to it's chest to 4 bosses. Dual Dragon is a two for one. It has 2 heads, two tails, and one key. Wario can't face two bosses at once, can he?
Luckily, although very large and powerful, Dual Dragon is not that smart and the two heads don't seem to communicate very well... Yes, he can.
